Why this
niche?
In this niche, I found a channel that started only a couple of months ago and already achieved more than 5M+ views. Besides that, the audience here is mostly young and super engaged. They enjoy quick videos that make them feel smarter, but also love when it’s mixed with memes and sarcasm. What really pulls them in are topics around money, psychology, and behavior because that are things that connect directly to their own lives. They want to know why they’re broke, why people act the way they do, and how not to fall for lies or manipulation. So if you're interested in a niche like this with the explained in minutes format, then this one is for you.

Explained in minutes intro
With the Explained in Minutes style, the viewer clicks because they want quick answers. If you start with a long opening or filler, you’ll lose people right away. That’s why it works so well to drop them straight into the topic from the first second. It sets the tone that this video respects their time, it feels fast-paced, and it builds trust because you’re giving them exactly what the title promised. So instead of wasting 30 seconds with “welcome back to the channel” stuff, you hit them immediately with: “Every Manipulation Technique & How To Combat It. -> Boom, the viewer is hooked and you’ve already delivered value in the first breath.

Nice voice-over
The voice-over on this channel works well because it sounds like a real person and not a robot. The sound quality itself isn’t great if you ask me, but I don’t see people mentioning it in the comments. That tells me the audience cares more about it feeling real than about perfect audio.

Nice editing, but...
The editing on this channel is nice because as you can see they use 3D animations and cartoon effects, which look good and keep viewers engaged. But that’s not really necessary. That style can get expensive and take a lot of time to make. You could do this niche the same way as the niche I shared earlier (street design explaind). They mostly use text and images without animation, and it still works really well. The key is making the information clear, simple and interesting. You don’t need fancy 3D edits to get views.

Relatable examples
''But suddenly you feel like you've let them down, like you should have known better. Like saying no makes you selfish or cold or ungrateful. That's how guilt-tripping works.''
This part works well because it doesn’t just explain the concept in a dry way, it actually makes the viewer feel it. Instead of saying “guilt tripping is when someone makes you feel bad,” the script shows what it’s like: “you feel like you’ve let them down, like you should have known better.” That kind of phrasing makes it personal and relatable. Your viewers can think, “Oh yeah, I’ve felt that before.” It sticks more, it triggers emotion, and it makes the video stronger because people connect with it on a deeper level. So in short: it works because it’s relatable, concrete, and emotional. That's why I'd definitely advise using this kind of style in your script as well.

Expert tone
'I's not about what you actually did. It's about making you feel like you've failed in some invisible way. Even if you were just setting a boundary, even if you were doing what's right for you, it turns care into currency. And your kindness becomes a debt you're always trying to repay. The worst part, it works.'
This script is also great because it feels like it’s coming from someone who really knows what they’re talking about, almost like a psychologist or someone who studies this stuff for a living. That part, combined with the relatable examples, is exactly the approach I’d take when building my own script.

This could be better
In the explained in minutes format, the transitions are always very short. Most of the time it’s literally just one word to move into the next topic. It works, and clearly it does since the video pulled 840K views, but I’d still give the audience more reason to watch the next case as well. Even just a quick line that explains why you’re moving on makes your video so much stronger. As example:
But this next one will definitely blow your mind...
But this is nothing compared to...
You might think the pattern stops here, but the next example says different...
It would be easy to end here, but the next part is too wild to skip...

Great thumbnail, but...
This is a good thumbnail, but I’d keep it to a maximum of six circles. That way each circle is bigger, easier to see, and stands out more in a split second. The images here are fine, but they feel a little neutral if you ask me. I’d try to mix in more memes and humor, so the audience gets instant recognition. Since this audience lives online and knows meme culture well, that extra layer makes the thumbnail way more clickable. But overall, I’d definitely advise keeping the same thumbnail format, because that way it’s recognizable for your audience and they instantly know they’re about to watch the same type of videos.

How to find topics?
This niche works because it takes big, complicated topics: things like manipulation, psychology tricks, money myths, and false facts and explains them in a way anyone can understand in just a few minutes. The young male audience, many of them are curious learners who also come from other general “explainer” content. They enjoy fast, simple videos that make them feel smarter right away. The biggest pattern I noticed while analyzing this niche: money topics and mind & behavior especially well. Just take a look at their most popular videos:

If you just look at the words on the thumbnails, the first three videos already show a clear pattern: manipulation, rich, incorrect facts, and finance. And that’s exactly where I’d put the focus for this niche. The best move is always to double down on what works. So scroll to the “most popular” tab, check if you see repeating patterns, and build on those. From these topics alone you can already sketch a good picture of what the audience is into, and if you take a look at the comments, it only confirms that even more.

ChatGPT: You can also use ChatGPT to come up with topics for this niche. All you have to do is feed it the right prompts. For example, you can ask: “Give me 20 common money myths young people still believe” or “List 15 psychological tricks people fall for in daily life.” From there you can pick the strongest ones and turn them into scripts.
Topic:
To create my own topic in this niche, I looked at the most popular videos, and the numbers make it clear. Every Manipulation Technique & How To Combat It Explained was uploaded one month ago and already has 828K views. Every Way To Get Rich In 2025 Explained in 12 Minutes went up two months ago and sits at 655K views. Totally Incorrect Facts Everyone Still Believes is only three weeks old and already pulled 602K views. And Explaining Basic Financial Concepts YOU Should Understand was posted a month ago and is at 557K views.
These are all fresh uploads, but they blew up fast, and when you look closer you see the same pattern. Topics around money and around false facts are the ones that consistently go viral. That’s why I would create a topic like Every Money Myth Everyone Still Believes Explained in 10 Minutes. This title structure is proven, it taps into curiosity, and it plays on FOMO because viewers don’t want to be the ones still falling for these myths. At that moment I was looking at my title and wanted the title to trigger much better, so I asked ChatGPT, and he came up with this: Every Money Lie That Keeps You Broke Explained in 10 Minutes.

How to create your thumbnail?
I made this thumbnail by first looking at the competition’s style with 6 circles, 3 on top and 3 on the bottom, and kept that framework because it works well. Then I used ChatGPT to come up with ideas for “money lies” like 9–5 job, crypto, buying a house, savings, and marriage. After that, I picked funny and triggering images, like the NPC meme for crypto and a crying Wojak for the 9–5. Each circle got a different bright background with a black outline so it pops right away. The result is something in the same style as the competition, but I added a bit more memes.

So if you followed all the steps, your thumbnail will look something like this:

AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience like?
Behavior Analysis
At first glance, this comment looks like criticism, but it’s actually sarcasm. The video already started with gaslighting, so the commenter is making a joke about it. What’s interesting is that this joke got 17K likes. That shows the audience not only recognizes these behaviors, but also enjoys pointing them out and analyzing them together. They’re clearly into topics like psychology, manipulation, and human behaviorf
Young money crowd
This comment is a good example of how young the audience is. They use internet slang and memes like “NPC” and “average Joe,” and they talk in the same way they’d talk to their friends like casual, joking, sometimes even throwing in words like 'bro”. And because this audience is young, money-related topics hit especially well. They’re curious about how money works, how to avoid being broke, and they enjoy it when these lessons are wrapped in meme language that feels like it’s made for them.
