Why this
niche?
Even though the channel has been around for a while, I strongly suspect that this channel only started posting videos at the end of Q1. The oldest video online has already gotten almost a million views in 2 weeks. To me, this is an indicator that there is extremely high potential in the niche. In addition, there are few cash cow channels that are also in this niche, so competition is still low. It is a topic on which opinions are strongly divided, which means that people tend to interact with the videos a lot through likes and comments. Besides the fact that this is good for your channel, you can get a lot of inspiration from this data from your viewers. You can be incredibly provocative through topic choice, titles and thumbnails and I am convinced that if you put this combination together properly, you can achieve an extremely high click-through rate in this niche. Because this topic bothers people so much, people have already gone nuts before they even see a second of your video.

Competition ANALYSIS
These channels are showing potential for this niche.
What is striking about the channel is that a very specific title structure is used where it is always the individual vs. Hollywood. The individual then represents the opinion of the target audience that you are addressing and Hollywood in this case represents the 'woke culture'. Specific celebrities are chosen who openly speak out against this woke culture, which fights against racism, sexism, misgendering, ageism, ableism, and fights for equality and individuality, among other things. The term "woke" has gained widespread use recently. It refers to individuals who are conscious of social and political matters, particularly those that impact marginalized communities, and who strive to engage with and address these issues. Being "woke" means being informed and mindful of the challenges faced by underrepresented groups. People generally have strong opinions about this and this is just right for the publicity of your channel. The channel uses an AI voice over and the editing is pretty simple as well. What stands out in the comments is that people like to hear the celebrity themselves speak. So you could improve on this by having more pieces edited into your video where the celebrity themselves are speaking, instead of just telling what the celebrity would have said.

Use real footage
The video begins with Sylvester Stallone talking about different pronouns. This is an incredibly strong start to the video because this is a big point of discussion among your viewers. This clip featuring Sylvester Stallone also shows that he doesn't take it too seriously, which is exactly how your viewers feel too.
0:11
Show footage that supports the script
Here we see Sylvester Stallone hitting someone with an object. This supports the VO's statement that this time it is not about Stallone fighting villains in movies.
0:33
Capitalize on your viewer's opinion
Here the woke culture is ridiculed in the script by saying it is a trend where everyone is ultra sensitive to every little thing. This is particularly smart because this is exactly the sentiment among viewers.
Don'ts
0:06
AI voice over
The channel uses an AI voice over. I haven’t seen any comments about this fact but people tend to prefer an actual person narrating a video. This also reduces the chance of your VO mispronouncing certain words or names. So this is something you could improve on.
0:08
Using inappropriate footage
Here the VO mentions that Sylvester Stallone is making headlines in Hollywood once again. It would make the video more powerful if the editor edited in, for example, titles of articles or snippets from news broadcasts or interviews discussing Sylvester Stallone's statements.
0:21
Not having clear chapters in your story
This is where the intro of the script stops. However, due to the use of the AI voice over and the fact that there is no transition in the video using changing footage or other background music, this is impossible for the viewer to understand. If this continues for the rest of the video, it will become a long story with no clear chapters for the viewer. This makes a video story more difficult to follow.
0:24
Missed opportunity for a little humor
The VO mentions beating around the bush. Given the movies Sylvester Stallone has played in, it would be a nice pun if we saw Sylvester Stallone beating someone or hiding behind a bush here.
0:26
Not supporting your story with your footage
The VO mentions Stallone is a man of action, both on and off the screen. I would have asked my video editor to insert a shot of Stallone in action on screen and a shot of Stallone in action off screen. Obviously at the right time so that it is in sync with when the VO says on and off screen.

Don't show the same image for too long
This image is on screen for almost 14 seconds. In my opinion, that’s too long for a video like this, especially because the video has only just started and the pace in transitions has been way higher up until this point.

TITLE RATING
Title analysis
During my research, I observed that the most popular videos on this channel consistently use the same title strategy:
[NAME OF CELEBRITY] JUST [TRIGGER WORD] Woke Culture (OR Woke [Noun] & Hollywood [TRIGGER WORD]!
While there are variations in title strategies, the titles generally resemble each other. However, one common element that recurs across all titles on this competition channel is this:
• JUST DESTROYED
• JUST OBLITERATED
• JUST OWNED
• JUST HUMILIATED
• JUST DEMOLISHED
• JUST EXPOSED
• JUST PROMISED TO DESTROY
• JUST PUBLICLY HUMILIATED
• JUST WRECKED
• JUST CRUSHED
• JUST DROPPED A HUGE BOMBSHELL
Good titles contain emotional trigger words that ensure that a viewer will click your video. Emotional trigger words can be divided into 3 categories:
Curiosity (Words like: Banned, Exposed, Hidden, Illegal etc.)
Urgency/Unique: (Things like: Numbers, Limited Timed, Days etc.)
Titles: (Things like: Job titles, Family relations, Famous names etc.)

Appeals to emotion and raises curiosity
While analyzing the thumbnails from the best videos on this channel, I noticed a few things that are basically repeated on every thumbnail. First of all, the background as seen is red on the left (the celebrity in question) and blue on the right (this person symbolizes the woke culture of Hollywood). But what's more striking is that in all three of the best videos, the celebrity on the left appears to be looking at something or someone in horror, confusion disgust or anger. In other words, a negative emotion. Also, the three best videos on this channel have thumbnails with a photo of a person on the right who is clearly a man, but is wearing makeup or has longer hair. This implies to the viewer that this is a person who, for example, takes the distinction between the genders of man/woman less strictly and may wish to be addressed with different pronouns. The text at the bottom of the screen is therefore associated with the celebrity on the left. This could just be a statement that this celebrity has made about the person on the right or the group to which the person on the right feels they belong. It is of course a negative statement and this statement ties in with the feeling the viewer has about this group or person. However, the people on the right look a lot more neutral than the celebrities on the left and seem to be speaking. So when creating your thumbnail, try to take these elements into account: choose a celebrity with an obviously negative facial expression and choose a person who could possibly be classified as part of the woke culture who seems to be speaking.

Revenue analysis
In this case, don't let the revenue analysis fool you. The revenue analysis is based on current results and the channel only has been uploading videos for the past 2 weeks. Look at it this way: Within the first 2 weeks of uploading videos, the creator has already earned over $1000. There are few niches where you will achieve these kinds of results so quickly.

How do I find topics?
To look for topics for this channel, I would first look into which celebrities sometimes openly speak out against the so-called woke culture. I noticed that no distinction is made between nationalities, but that the channel mainly covers English-speaking celebrities. I happen to know that Piers Morgan has also regularly spoken negatively about woke culture. Piers Morgan is a well-known personality and currently has a talk show and is therefore certainly a relevant celebrity in this niche. It's been said before, but keep in mind that in these videos it's always an anti-woke celebrity vs. the woke culture and/or Hollywood. The celebrity you are going to cover must have made negative or controversial statements about woke culture. Here you will find an article that mentions another 3 celebrities who are against woke culture.
Google: On Google you can find lots of articles about celebrities and politicians that you can use to your advantage. I would search for things like ‘celebrities anti woke’ or politicians anti lgbtq’ and create a video around a specific celebrity/politician from that list, while keeping in mind which celebrities/politicians viewers like to watch.
Examples:
I found this article saying that John Cleese started a "free speech channel" to focus on "important information that gets censored." This fits perfectly with how our viewers feel and from the article I gather that John has often spoken negatively about woke culture. For example, I found this video on YouTube. Another option I get from the article is Bill Maher.
Topic
In this case I chose Piers Morgan. Partly because he himself has often had guests at the table who are anti-woke. This gives me the advantage that the target group most likely already knows Piers Morgan's position and will therefore be triggered to click on the video. Then I searched Google for 'Piers Morgan anti woke' and there I found this video, this video and this article. Without any difficulty I have already found three sources from which I can get information. I also took into account choosing fairly recent sources so that we are closer to current events.

How to create your thumbnail?
For this video, I am going to look for a photo of Piers Morgan in which he looks angry or like he’s screaming. We want to evoke in the viewer the feeling as if he is possibly arguing with the person representing woke culture on the right side of the thumbnail. It is important that it's a well lit photo, but the photo should not look too posed. The photo should have proper exposure or be edited in a way that makes the photo stand out as the viewer scrolls among all the other videos on similar topics. It should appear to be a candid photo, as if the photographer made a photo during an argument and not as if he posed while knowing he was being photographed. You can delete the background and swap it for a blue background to match the competition channel’s thumbnails. I chose this photo and have it mirrored so that it looks like Piers Morgan is looking to the right instead of the left. This could also be a good option. Or this person who's wearing make-up and nail polish, but has a clearly visible beard, which very well conveys the image of men wearing make-up. Of course, we have more options for the person on the right. What you can do for this is, for example, search TikTok for men with make-up, transgender people or people who can clearly represent woke culture in any way. You can then take a good still from a video and use that image for your thumbnail. We prefer a photo where it looks like the person is talking. In this case I went for a slightly different photo, but what I like about the photo of this person is the contrast between the emotion of Piers Morgan and the person in this photo.
Text
You could add the following text examples to your thumbnails:
• "IT'S OVER!"
• THEY RUIN EVERYTHING!
• BONEHEAD!
• "IT'S LUNATIC!"
• "YOU'RE DONE!"
Eventually, if you have followed all the steps, this will be the final result:
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience like?
Celebrities who express views that they support
Viewers appreciate celebrities who openly express views aligning with their beliefs, fostering a sense of solidarity and validation within the anti-woke community.
Being able to speak their mind
The audience values the freedom to voice their opinions without fear of censorship or backlash.
Woke culture
In this case, what the audience likes is more meant in terms of what triggers the audience to watch the videos. Clearly, the audience strongly opposes woke culture, rejecting what they perceive as excessive political correctness and moral policing. This is something you as a creator can capitalize on by creating more content about just that.
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
What does the audience not like?
More than 2 genders and different pronouns
They are critical of the notion of more than two genders and the use of different pronouns, viewing it as an encroachment on traditional values and a rejection of biological realities.
